Shipping For Prints and Framed Prints
All items are carefully packed and shipped via USPS and UPS
Each product is specifically created for you once your order is placed, while we strive to get you your item ASAP the nature of made-to-order does mean items will need some time to arrive at your doorstep.

All unframed prints will arrive in approximately 15-18 business days. This accounts for processing time, product creation, and transit time.

Framed prints are custom-made and made to order this process does take some care and time to create. Please allow approximately 15-25 business days from order to delivery! We promise it will be worth the wait!

Note that if you place an order during a week of a US bank holiday, that shipment might be delayed by an additional day.

Orders over $1,000 are shipped with a direct signature requirement.

Returns For Prints and Framed Prints
All Sales Are Final. We create all items on demand, made especially for you! Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. We appreciate your understanding! Please take measurements of your space before making a purchase and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out before placing an order (info@kellywclarkcom). We use only the highest quality materials in our shop and stand behind the quality of the items you receive.
Cancellations For Prints and Framed Prints
We start production on each product the same day it is ordered based on the exact details of the order. If contacted within 24 hours we may be able to change things like an incorrect shipping address but we cannot cancel, alter size, selections or type for orders after they are placed. Please double check the details of your order before finalizing.
Exchanges (if applicable) For Prints and Framed Prints
Exchanges will only be offered IF damage was done to your item in shipping. We pack each item carefully to ensure its safety on its journey to you! If your product is damaged in shipping, please email us at (info@kellywclark.com) with your order number and photos of the item and shipping box so we can begin the process of replacing your order.

Combined Shipping, Insurance/or Express Mail is available upon request

Return Policy
Returns are NOT accepted. ALL Sales Final.
Items shown in the shop are true Vintage, which means they are around 60-70-year-old pieces. I carefully inspect each item and disclose any notable flaws and or damage, but please expect wear consistent with age i.e a loose thread, button, seam or hook and eye, missing beading, fabric wear or discoloration etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have or supply any additional information ahead of your purchase.
Please review all photos and check your measurements. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect their item upon receiving it and reach out within 48 hours should there be any major issues with the garments that were not outlined in the listing.
Once an order is placed there are NO CANCELLATIONS are allowed. Please read the full description and ask any questions before purchasing.
